Flat-rate labour
The price is set by the job, not the clock. Dealer shops bill $150 to $180 an hour.
Your parts, no markup
You buy the rebuild kit, so nothing gets marked up. We’ll send a recommended parts list for your exact bike before you order.
Built to factory spec
Every engine is assembled to the OEM service manual’s specs, tolerances and torque values.
30-day labour warranty
If an issue comes from our work within 30 days, we fix it with no labour charge. Parts aren’t included.
Rebuild rates
Flat-rate labour for a bare engine on the bench. You supply the parts.
30 years of rebuilding engines
It started with our own go-kart engines, back when we raced karts decades ago, and led to cars, bikes and eventually dirt bikes. Today every engine is built in our dedicated shop in Vaughan, to the factory service manual.
